Allow anonymous users to view articles when category security set

When you uncheck the inherit security checkbox on the edit category page, you can pick which roles can view or submit articles to that category.

However, when you set this up for submit, it will then block anonymous users from viewing articles belonging to a category. Anonymous users need to be an option in the "view column".

This is huge for me!  I have multiple cases for this...

Hi Scott, I have added the "Anonymous users" to my roles and granted view rights. However, the view news module is still empty if I am not signed in. I have all categories selected in the "Latest Articles Section" of the module.

I think this cancels the concept of controlling the categories that the users can submit in.

Now registered can submit to any category or anonymous cannot see the category at all!
